We install it and run it for 90 days. If residents do not love it, we remove it and restore the space. No cost, no penalty. Given how student communities use a store that never closes, the hard part is usually keeping it stocked.

- How much space does it need?
- About the footprint of a large fridge, a standard power outlet nearby, and wifi. We confirm the exact placement, power, and spot at the fit check before anything is installed.
- Is the community protected on insurance?
